Chef Aaron is offering a three-course menu for the participation in Restaurant Week. Each course at this French/American bistro offers three options from which to choose for the event price of $49 per person. In addition to the Restaurant Week menu are chef suggestions
for appetizers, additional vegetable choices, and a chef-paired three-wine flight.
Regular dining options (not during restaurant week) feature entrees, appetizers, and desserts made with fresh-always ingredients hand-picked by Chef Aaron. Eclair Bistro also offers special Chef Dinners throughout the year; advance reservations are required for these. A special feature during the chef dinners is a 3D projection show on the table while you wait for your food. There are multiple choices from which to choose.
Note: Eclair Bistro is the only restaurant in North Texas to offer this cool, special experience. (See photo above)
