  3. Nature Story Time

    April 19, 2019, 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM @ Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary

    Nature Story Times are designed primarily for young children and will introduce a different nature-themed book each week. During most of the story times, a puppet, live animal or enrichment items will be included to enhance the experience. These programs should last approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the book covered.

  4. Watercolor Florals

    There lives an artist in all of us! Watercolors are magical, easy and exciting with the right instruction, materials and inspiration. Learn watercolor florals to create a floral wreath in no time in a fuss-free fun workshop! In this beginner level, easy to follow workshop, we will create mood boards from images, sketch and compose a balanced composition of florals and paint with watercolors. You’ll get to take home a frame-worthy painting and even receive a hand-lettering exercise to inscribe your name, favorite word or phrase in the painting! Unique Watercolor Kits will be available to purchase after the workshop if you so desire to keep the inspiration going at home!
