Visitors can purchase street eats and then tour 17 professionally decorated model homes, more than 40 move-in ready homes and the natural beauty of B.B. Owen Park. State and national health guidelines will be followed to ensure a safe event.

    We're proud to present a special Live concert event with The Maylee Thomas Band and special guest Chaz Marie on Friday July 17th at 8pm (doors open at 7pm) at The Sanctuary Music & Events Center. In compliance with the Governor's "Open Texas" initiative, we'll be at a reduced seating capacity for the show, and observing all of the state mandated guidelines with regards to proper social distancing. We'll have a modified seating layout as a result. VIP Tables with seating for 4 (Tables 1-14 are downstairs, Tables 15-19 are upstairs) are $125. Individual Seats (First come, First Serve) are $25. (There are NO General Admission Tickets for this show.) In addition, for those who don't want to attend in person, or are unable to, we are offering special Livestream tickets for this show as well where you can watch on your favorite connected device. We will have Bar and Food Service available from our friends at Rick's Chophouse.
