Asian and Pacific Americans make up more than 5 percent of the U.S. population—more than 17 million people—and those numbers are growing. Their ancestral roots represent more than 50 percent of the world.

Visit with the artists on March 24th from 1-4 pm or April 24th from 1-4 pm. Artists include Jan Martin, Brian J. Magnuson, Kim Guthrie, Cate Robbins, Rebecca Johnson, Patricia Crain, Susan Kennedy, Anne Royer, Sheliah Lonian, Linda Herbert, Betty Reuscher, Diane Boudreaux, Darby La Grave, Susan Burkett, and Carol Kovacs. The exhibition is on display from March 27th to April 24th. Business hours are Monday through Saturday 10 am to 6 pm.

Engage with the community and be a part of a philanthropic initative that assists local senior centers and elementary schools.   SEW McKINNEY has a variety of different sewing projects (drawstring bags, wheelchair bags, school bags) that are donated to centers.   These projects are a great group activity or something for a church group or organization looking to give back to others.  Each kit purchased helps others in need.  Ticket types are either drawstring bags or wheelchair bags.
