Don't Miss the Tiny Doors
While you're in Downtown McKinney, make sure to check out our Tiny Doors, a permanent public art installation featuring 80-plus small pieces of art. Whimsical and captivating, these miniature pieces of art are hidden throughout the historic downtown square. A cooperative installation between McKinney Main Street, Visit McKinney, and a collection of local artists and downtown businesses, this is a one-of-a-kind example of public art that adds so much to the charm of McKinney's Downtown Historic District. Can you find them all?
West McKinney Entertainment Districts
Make sure to stop at McKinney's two newest entertainment districts where you'll find fantastic cuisine and wide open lawn areas with amphitheater stages for live music and events. Visit Hub 121 for spots like Chopshop McKinney Sports Garage, Wine a Little McKinney, Breakfast Club 51, and the Elwood BFD, and visit District 121 across the street to dine at Mi Cocina, Bob's Steak & Chophouse, Common Table, and more.
