Festival Hours & Admission
Location: Downtown McKinney, 111 N. Tennessee St.
- Friday: 5 – 10 p.m.
- Saturday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Sunday: 12 – 5 p.m.
Admission: Free
Wine tasting packages will be available for purchase online and onsite. Additional details coming soon.

Parking is available throughout Historic Downtown McKinney, with a free shuttle service offered during peak festival hours.

Designated drop-off and pick-up zones are located on the west side of Mitchell Park along Benge Street.
Wine Garden

Taste local wine and meet the winemakers.
- The Wine Garden is open to all ages; guests 21 and older may purchase and consume wine.
- Wine tasting packages include a commemorative Arts in Bloom wine glass.
A $30 wine-tasting package includes 24 tasting tickets (2 tickets per pour, for a total of 12 tastings).
Wine tasting packages may be purchased online or at the festival ticket booths. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Wine by the glass and bottles will also be available for purchase.

Arts in Bloom features live music, interactive art experiences, and family-friendly activity zones throughout the weekend.
Live Music & Performances
Enjoy continuous live music across multiple stages featuring local and regional artists. From laid-back acoustic sets to energetic bands, performances create a vibrant festival atmosphere day and night.
Kids Arts Avenue
A dedicated family zone for budding young artists featuring interactive art booths, a petting zoo, and a soft-play area designed especially for crawlers and toddlers.
KidsCreate Station
A hands-on creative space where children can explore art-making and create their own take-home masterpieces.
Petting Zoo
A favorite for all ages, the interactive petting zoo offers a fun, safe environment to meet miniature farm animals up close.

What should I do if I lose something or get separated from my group?
Lost and Found and the Found Children/Lost Parents area are located at Gather Event HQ - 207 E Virginia.
Where can I find restrooms, ATMs, and first aid?
Restrooms are located throughout the festival grounds. There are ATMs available at select bars and restaurants in Downtown.
Is Arts in Bloom accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes. The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible, and accessible restrooms are available throughout the event area. ADA parking is available in select city parking lots on a first-come basis.
Are strollers and wagons allowed?
Yes.
Is Arts in Bloom family-friendly?
Yes! There are a variety of family-friendly activities available at Arts In Bloom. From the KidsCreate Station, Petting Zoo, Soft-Play area, and more, there is something for everyone.
What types of activities are available at Arts in Bloom?
The festival features more than 125 visual artists, live music on multiple stages, hands-on art demonstrations, kids activities, wine tasting, craft beer, and a wide variety of food vendors.
Are pets or service animals allowed at Arts in Bloom?
Yes. Service animals and service animals in training are welcome at Arts in Bloom. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are required to clean up after their pets.
What items are not allowed at Arts in Bloom?
For safety reasons, coolers, outside food or drinks, weapons, skateboards, scooters, drones, laser pointers, and similar items are not permitted. Unauthorized sales or solicitations are prohibited.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No. Please purchase any food or drinks from one of our festival vendors, or downtown businesses.
Is smoking or vaping allowed at the festival?
No. Smoking, or vaping is not allowed near any festival tent or business entrance.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Arts in Bloom is a rain-or-shine event. Some activities may be delayed or canceled if weather conditions become unsafe for attendees, staff, or performers.
What are my parking and transportation options?
Free public parking is available throughout Downtown McKinney. Parking areas are marked on the festival map, and availability varies throughout the day. A complimentary shuttle service is offered during the event.
What forms of payment are accepted at the festival?
Credit and debit cards are accepted by most vendors, and some vendors also accept cash.
The Wine Garden accepts tasting tickets only, which can be purchased at ticket tents located at each Wine Garden entrance. Wine tasting packages are also available for pre-purchase, and bottles of wine may be purchased directly from the wineries in attendance.
Is there a Wine Garden or wine tasting experience?
Yes. Wine tasting is available in the Park Place Texas Wine Garden and features wines from participating Texas wineries. A commemorative Arts in Bloom wine glass and tasting package are available for purchase.
