About this event

Explore the charming historic homes of our village and discover the fascinating stories behind the families who once lived there! Homes are available for viewing on a rotating schedule. Take a guided walk through our beautiful grounds and immerse yourself in the early life of McKinney.

Tours start at the Welcome Center/Dixie's Store (the little red store) and typically last about an hour. Tickets can be purchased online or in person. If you're just visiting McKinney, extended tours may be available depending on docent availability. Be sure to check at the Welcome Center or call ahead to arrange an extended tour.
