At Birdcall, our passion extends beyond just serving up 100% all-natural chicken. We also care deeply about supporting our families - team members and loyal guests - and having a positive impact in local communities. We truly believe - “we’re all in this together”.

‍ Founded in 2016, our team crafted a new kind of dining experience - enhanced through a blend of all-natural foods, superior hospitality and service, innovative art and design, and cutting edge technology. ‍ We opened our doors in Denver, Colorado's historic Five Points neighborhood with one goal - to make natural foods more accessible and affordable.

Integral to our mission as a restaurant is innovating technology to serve you, our beloved guests, efficiently while offering nutritious, all-natural foods. At Birdcall, it’s as much about the nutrient-rich salads as it is the crispy chicken sandwiches. ‍ Our MO as a team is to stay true to natural and local sourcing.

Our chicken comes direct from Colorado family farms, our bread is produced at a Colorado baking company, and our spices are developed by a Denver spice firm. We pride ourselves on our relationships with local vendors for the freshest ingredients. Our chef-inspired menu features dishes garnished with ingredients like bacon red onion jam, buttermilk herb mayo, and peanut slaw.
