Established in 1989, Cristina's has been growing carefully in order to preserve its original home style cooking and hospitable touch. The Vargas family has roots from central Mexico and down home Texas ties, a combination that helped create our unique menu with a variety of down home Tex-Mex favorites, as well as unique central Mexican dishes for those who like to complement their meals with a margarita or Mexican beer we won't let you down.
