About Sundowner RV Park
Sundowner RV Park, located just south of Princeton, Texas, and east of McKinney, sits on the peninsula of Lake Lavon. The property offers generous space for each site, serving both long-term tenants and weekend RVers. Your "home" should feel comfortable, safe, and secure.
Each lot on our property is 35 feet wide and between 75 and 90 feet long. You'll enjoy the beautiful four-acre heavily wooded park area. The park area has walking trails, fire pits, grill stations, and outdoor seating areas. The entrance is protected by a security gate and cameras.
Each guest has a separate gate code to allow for better monitoring and to limit access onto the property. The on-site manager is available to welcome you and make sure you feel at home.
