At Whitebox Roastery, coffee isn't just a drink, it's a way of life. Our story began 8 years ago when my team and I, all self-proclaimed coffee fanatics, discovered our passion for coffee while traveling the world. From the bustling streets of Italy to the quaint towns of Romania, we made it our mission to sample the best coffee each place had to offer.
With each cup, our love for coffee grew, and we knew we had to bring our passion back home with us. That's when the idea for Whitebox Roastery was born. At our coffee house, we take pride in making it an experience. Every sip is a journey to a different part of the world, where you can taste the authenticity of cultures from Ethiopia to Columbia, Gautemala to Kenya.
We bring out the complex notes and flavors of every roast, so you can capture the essence of every region. When you step into our shop, you don't have to travel the world to experience it. You can taste the tangiest lemoncello in our pastries, straight from the Amalfi Coast.
The juiciest blueberry notes from the highest elevation in Ethiopia. And the most vibrant organic green matcha from the beautiful mountains of Kagoshima, Japan. My meticulous nature and refusal to settle for anything less than the best has been the driving force behind our coffee house and We have partnered up with some of the most knowledgeable coffee roasters and farmers to source the finest, single-origin beans from the most prestigious locations around the world, and we're committed to bringing out the most complex notes in every roast.
