Adriatica is a 45-acre Croatian village in the middle of McKinney's Stonebridge Ranch development. Adriatica is home of The Guitar Sanctuary (where you'll also find the Love Life Market and The Sanctuary entertainment and event venue). Visitors will also find multiple restaurants, shops, offices, and residences throughout the village.

The iconic bell tower and Bella Donna Chapel anchor the waterfront. With cobblestone streets and Old-World architecture it is one of North Texas's most photographed places. Boutique shopping, fine dining, and picturesque harbor views round out a visit.
