At what point do we stop being who we are and start becoming who others expect us to be? Drawing from her memoir, The Angry Daughter, Jamie Shakotko will share how years of staying silent, keeping the peace, and trying to be the “good daughter” shaped the woman she became.
This honest and relatable conversation explores finding your voice, trusting your own experience, setting aside expectations, and making space to become more fully yourself. Come listen, reflect, and connect with other women as we talk about identity, relationships, and learning to trust your own voice.
