Get Ready for a Good Pour
TUPPS Brewery draws nearly 150,000 visitors a year to its campus at 402 E. Louisiana—next to Local Yocal BBQ & Grill, The Flour Mill, and the new McKinney City Hall since relocating to the larger east-side space in early 2024. The monthly brewery tour is led by founder and owner Keith Lewis, and there's time to stick around afterwards for a good pour.
The family-friendly spot pairs a rustic indoor taproom with a spacious beer garden and wide-open areas for kids to play. Weekly live music, rotating food trucks, trivia, and comedy nights, yoga, The Boho Market, and signature events like Ratrodtober and Hippie Fest keep the calendar full—plus enjoy a full scratch kitchen inside the Grain Room building. Dogs are welcome in outdoor areas.
Austin Monthly's 2025 Texas Travel Awards named TUPPS the Top Brewery in Texas. TUPPS also partnered with the McKinney Parks Foundation on the East McKinney Learning Garden, promoting food security and teaching locals to grow their own produce.
