A Race with a Local Feel
The inaugural McKinney Historic Half Marathon made its debut on , bringing the Dallas Marathon's standard of excellence to McKinney with a distinctly local feel. Runners experienced a scenic course highlighting the city's historic downtown, charming neighborhoods, and beautiful park system. Runners started at City Hall and finished at TUPPS Brewery. The race features a Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids' 100M Dash, welcoming participants of all ages and skill levels. Proceeds benefit Scottish Rite for Children of Frisco, supporting an important cause in the community.
