VP of Talent Acquisition and Strategy at Self Opportunity Inc., Brian is a longtime McKinney resident and community leader. He serves on the Texas Restaurant Association’s Greater Dallas Chapter board, as well as its state and foundation boards, and is a 2024 Leadership McKinney graduate.

Keith Gall
Keith has been a McKinney resident since 2006 and is a University of Texas at Dallas economics graduate currently pursuing a Master's in Public Policy. Previously, he served on the City of McKinney's Building and Standards Commission.

Kathy Blank
Kathy Blank, CCE, IOM, is a longtime community advocate dedicated to building authentic relationships that strengthen communities. After a decades-long career supporting local businesses, youth, and families, Kathy retired in 2025 and continues to serve McKinney through the Rotary Club, Direction61:3’s Launch a Legacy Initiative, and volunteering at Caldwell Elementary.

Patrick has spent more than 20 years in travel, tourism, and hospitality marketing sector for Continental/United Airlines, IHG, Hilton, Apple Leisure Group, and Hyatt. he is a graduate of George Washington University's Elliott School and Cal Poly's Orfalea College of Business.

Jill is an avid community advocate with a passion for bringing people together and strengthening the community. Through her work in the hospitality industry, she values building relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and fostering connections.

Carol Sullivan
Carol's experience is in advertising, marketing, and event branding through CW Designs Marketing and CW Designs Invitations. She also does publishing and content creation with Thrift Guides throughout the metroplex and has been a McKinney resident for 12 years.

Angelia Farnell
Dr. Angelia Farnell is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with more than 30 years of leadership experience and a background in strategic planning, organizational management, and community partnerships. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Management and Leadership, a Master of Public Administration, and a B.S. in Computer Science. A McKinney resident for more than five years, Angelia values collaboration, fiscal stewardship, transparency, and accountability. She lives with her husband, Carl Wiley.

Jessica Rattan is a longtime McKinney resident whose family roots span nearly 200 years. She currently serves as Chair of the McKinney YMCA Board and is a past Chair of Leadership McKinney. Jessica is passionate about bringing people together, building meaningful connections, and strengthening the sense of community that makes McKinney so special.
