The Teams: Ferris State & Harding
Ferris State and Harding enter the 2025 NCAA Division II Football Championship as undefeated powerhouses, each posting a 15-0 record on the season. Ferris State has established itself as one of Division II’s most dominant programs, making its fourth championship appearance in five years behind a balanced, high-scoring offense and a tough defense.
Harding, the 2023 national champion, brings a physical, run-heavy triple-option attack that has powered one of the nation’s top rushing offenses. The title game features a compelling clash of styles as two elite programs battle for the national championship at McKinney ISD Stadium.
