McKinney Historic Half Marathon Presented by BMW

March 28, 2026 - Starting at City Hall and Ending at TUPPS Brewery

The inaugural McKinney Historic Half Marathon made its debut on March 28, 2026, bringing the Dallas Marathon’s standard of excellence to McKinney with a distinctly local feel. Runners experienced a scenic course highlighting the city’s historic downtown, charming neighborhoods, and beautiful park system—all starting at City Hall and finishing at TUPPS Brewery.

The event featured a Half Marathon, 5K, and Kid’s 100M Dash, welcoming participants of all ages and skill levels. Proceeds from the race benefited Scottish Rite for Children of Frisco, supporting an important cause in our community.
